Periodic inspection and testing of installations and electrical equipment in accordance with BS 7671:2018 section 651.2 can be time-consuming and costly. The relay, which is AC and pulsed DC sensitive, complies with IEC 62020 and IEC 62020-1, and fulfils the need for regulatory checks without needing power shutdowns.

The device, designed to be paired with a current transformer, can reduce risks and operating costs in in applications including motors/drives.
