Lucky Law`s visit to D&C Show wins him a sat-nav system

When Andy Law, a process engineer with Northern Foods, visited the Drives & Controls exhibition in May, he reaped an unexpected bonus - an in-car satellite navigation system donated by Bosch Rexroth which sponsored the pre-show marketing campaign.

Law`s name was drawn by a computer from those who had pre-registered for the show. The sat-nav system was presented to him (on the left in the photo) by Bosch Rexroth`s marketing manager, Stuart Forrester (centre). Also present was exhibition director, Ken Purchase (right).

Law says that there was so much to see at the show that he could have stayed for a second day, if he had had the time. "It`s all very well reading about the products in a magazine, but it`s so much better getting your hands around them," he says. "There were a number of products on display that I can see will be really useful in some of our production processes."
