Moog’s industrial group moves into a new UK home
Published:  20 November, 2015

Moog Industrial Group has moved into a purpose-built production facility in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, to support its motion control engineering, design, manufacturing and service activities, globally as well as in the UK.

The new building accommodates about 100 people, of which 60% are in engineering or production roles. It provides more than 2,210m² of manufacturing space and 1,863m² of office space to support hydraulic and electric motion control applications and services. It will also accommodate support roles such as IT, sales and marketing. It has capacity for future expansion.

“Space in our former facility had become constrained as our business expanded with high-end engineering projects,” explains manager, Chris Curr. “Our new facility will bring everyone together in one building, enabling us to provide our workforce with a modern and comfortable working environment in line with our company culture, whilst maintaining our high level of customer focus.”
