Boge moves to Brighouse

Boge Compressors has moved its UK headquarters from Bromsgrove to a larger site in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. The company, which is part of the German Boge Kompressoren group, employs 40 people making and selling lubricated and oil-free screw and piston air compressor systems.

Since Boge set up its UK operation in 1996, it has increased its market share each year. In 1998 it bought Automated Industrial Services and Fluidtec, and these have recently been amalgamated into Boge.

Director Mike Harris says that the new facility "has the capability to allow us to build and expand on our existing range which, in turn, will ensure that Boge maintains its position as one of the market-leaders in the compressed air industry".
