A two-day conference on motor-drive systems, to be held in Solihull on 9–10 November, will include presentations from the EU and the UK government. The Motor Driven Systems Conference will cover legislation issues, global trends in motor efficiencies, standards, and developments in pump, fan, drive, motor and compressor technologies.

There will be contributions from standards and research bodies, trade associations, and equipment suppliers including WEG, Siemens, ebm-papst, ABB, Vacon, Leroy Somer, Grundfos, Mattei and Rockwell Automation.
