• Several former employees of Bulgin Power Source, which was liquidated at the end of 2002, have acquired Bulgin`s intellectual property rights and most of its stock and assets. They have set up a new company, VxI Power, in Lincoln, with a staff of 14 designing and producing power supplies.

• Ohio-based Swagelok has bought the Manx business Kenmac, which makes instrumentation valves and manifolds, pressure regulators, and process interface valves. Kenmac employs 130 people.
