The company, which has recruited nine of these positions already, is investing in new equipment, marketing and personnel to boost its competitiveness in expanding industry sectors such as agri-food, renewables and pharmaceuticals.
“We want to continue to grow our market share in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland,” explains joint managing director, Kevin Loughran. “We will be introducing innovative production and repair methods as part of efforts to boost our competitiveness and add value to our service offering.
“Working with Invest NI has enabled us to implement a strategic approach to business growth,” he adds. The Invest NI grant will be used to help with recruitment, market development and capital investment costs.
JJ Loughran offers electrical and mechanical services including installation, maintenance and repairs, both in-house and on site. It has bases in Dublin and Manchester, and its product portfolio includes ABB motors, Vacon inverters and Motovario, Rossi and Siemens/Flender gear products.
