The BGA 22 motor, available in ratings from 8–22W, is said to be particularly suitable for low-noise applications, especially when used with a gearbox. It supports low nominal speeds (around 3,000 rpm) and is suitable for medical, pharmaceutical or aerospace applications, such as powering small pumps.
The coreless motor contains neodymium magnets and is said to avoid cogging torque. It has built-in Hall sensors to detect the rotor position. Dunkermotoren says that the motor offers high power densities and efficiencies, high dynamic acceleration and low noise levels.
