Published:  24 March, 2014

With less than two weeks to go to the 2014 Drives & Controls Show, exhibitors are still signing up to appear at the event. The latest manufacturers to join the line-up include the sensor-maker ifm electronic, and the small motors specialist Delta Line, whose brands include Portescap and Nanotec.

IMO Precision Controls will be bringing items from its vast portfolio including its recently announced ranges of dedicated drives for HVAC and water industry applications.

The HMI and controls manufacturer Horner APG will be sharing a stand with Peterborough-based Digital Controls. Principle Engineering will be showing items from its portfolio which includes encoders, bearings and motors, while Europower Components will be promoting its power assemblies, circuit protection systems and other components. Attending the show for the first time will be Willenhall-based Electric Motors & Gearboxes (EMAG).

A sign that the jobs market is picking up is the presence of two recruitment specialists, Automation Experts and Advanced Technical Recruitment. And if you are looking for manufacturing partners in the Far East, you should visit the China Outsourcing stand.
